How do I create an account?

1. Click on the β€œSign Up” button at the top right of our homepage.

2. Enter your email address and create a password.

3. Fill in your personal details and shipping address.

4. Click β€œSubmit” to complete your registration.

5. Review your order details and click β€œPlace Order” to complete your purchase.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your color/size choices (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the β€œAdd to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting β€œPlace order now”.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item:

1. Return the original item following our return policy.

2. Place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, so you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item if possible.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

How can I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address:

2. Click on β€œAddress Book” and edit your address information.

3. Save the changes.
